With continued growth and exciting launches of new services this year, Pappy’s Photo Booth is seeking local candidates for Event Attendants and Brand Ambassadors. We’re seeking friendly, professional and energetic staff to attend our events – a FUN and EXCITING Gig!  Assignments might entail delivery & setup of equipment; attending and assisting guests at weddings, parties and various social & corporate events; assisting other attendants at various events; returning equipment back to office; effective marketing and promotion of our services through outstanding client interaction at events; and much more!  Must be available to work weekends (as a Part-Time/Independent Contractor with Form 1099 sent to contractor for Tax filing purposes).  Contractors will complete a W-9 as well as yearly Attendant Agreements, must be self-employed and seeking supplemental employment, and available for assignments on a per-event basis.  There is no guarantee of the quantity of assignments offered.  Candidates selected for interviews will present an impeccable attendance history with present and previous employment, which will be discussed in detail.  We’re seeking professionals who are focused on superior client satisfaction and success!

Typical events last 2 – 6 hours (plus set-up and break-down) with most assignments on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Candidates must love working with the public and be courteous, friendly & professional at all times.  Additionally, booth attendants must maintain perfect attendance and timeliness.  Because of the nature of our business, perfect attendance is a must and we do not tolerate tardiness/no-shows.  (**Note: The ideal attendant is one who can guarantee prompt response to requests for availability, as we confirm availability for potential clients who expect quick response to inquiries!)

Must be computer-literate, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with no difficulty, regularly.  Must be able to stand and conduct business in an event environment throughout your assignment time.

Must have valid driver’s license and insurance, clean driving record, and have reliable (mid- to large-sized vehicle) transportation to transport photo gear to and from events.

Experience in the events industry &/or photography background is our primary consideration!
